10/31/09 - Howard Leads Royals to Victory in Season Finale

El Cajon, CA- Freshman Matt Howard scored two goals to lead the Royals in their 4-1 win against San Diego Christian in their season finale.  Sophomore Franky Atonya and Freshman Brady Hansen also scored.

Howard, who was probably the Royals most consistent player all year, scored his fourth and fifth goals of the season.

For Atonya his goal was his third of the season.

Hansen knocked in his second goal of the season.

With the win, the Royals finish the season with a 6-8-4 overall record and 1-7-2 record in GSAC.  The loss dropped the Hawks to 3-14 and 0-10 in the GSAC.
